These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kc6666 ("kc6666", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the kc6666 platform, available at kc6666.org and any associated subdomains, mobile web applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the kc6666 Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, or simply browsing the site — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 3.1 Registration

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. kc6666 may at its sole discretion decline any registration application without being required to give a reason.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kc6666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on kc6666. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kc6666 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any winnings accrued through accounts opened in violation of this rule.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kc6666 does not charge its own transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply standard service charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. kc6666 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with or without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. kc6666 may require additional verification before releasing large withdrawals. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Prohibited Sources of Funds

You must not deposit funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. kc6666 cooperates with relevant authorities and takes all reasonable steps to detect and prevent the use of the Platform for financial crimes. Any account suspected of receiving illicit funds will be suspended and reported in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

4.5 Failed Transactions

kc6666 will not be responsible for any failed transactions resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the Player, network interruptions, or the policies of the Player's payment provider. In the event that funds are debited from your payment method but not credited to your kc6666 account within one hour, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, voucher codes, and other incentives offered by kc6666 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms attached to the specific promotion. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kc6666 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Player has engaged in any of the following: exploiting technical errors or loopholes; using more than one account to claim a promotion intended for a single player; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; or any other conduct that kc6666 reasonably considers to constitute abuse of a promotional offer.

5.4 Voucher Codes

Promotional voucher codes available on kc6666 are valid for a single use per eligible player unless otherwise stated. Codes may have expiry dates and minimum deposit requirements. kc6666 reserves the right to revoke or expire any voucher code at any time.

6.1 Game Integrity

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, game logic, or security systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kc6666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

kc6666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kc6666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to the Platform. kc6666 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any outage.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9.1 Amendments

kc6666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kc6666 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9.2 Account Termination

kc6666 may suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so by law or regulatory requirement. Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure of an account does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by either party at the time of closure.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with kc6666's support team may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedure published on the Platform. kc6666 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and promptly.

9.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kc6666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
